Gary S. Pasricha, Esq.

Mr. Pasricha is the senior managing partner and founder of Pasricha & Patel, LLC.  He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.  Mr. Pasricha received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York.  He is member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Commercial Law League, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association.

Mr. Pasrichas areas of practice include commercial litigation, business law, business immigration, real estate and computer law.  He has represented clients in meeting their business objectives by providing services such as transfer of hotels and commercial establishments, commercial litigation and collection services, loan transactions, leases, licensing and maintenance contracts, joint ventures, business and asset transfers, U.S. Department of Labor audits, and employment disputes.
