Sheetal A. Patel, Esq.

Ms. Patel is a member of the firm.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association.   Ms. Patel is also a proud member of the board and legal counselor for Manavi, a not-for-profit dedicated to protecting women of South Asian descent.

Ms. Patel represents clients in various immigration matters including family and employment based petitions.   She routinely assists clients obtain immigrant visas for spouses, fianc'e9s and other family members.  She also assists employers petition for permanent residency and temporary non-immigrant visas for foreign workers.  Pursuant to the Violence Against Womens Act (VAWA), Ms. Patel also represents individuals seeking to obtain legal permanent residency based upon spousal abuse.  Ms. Patels areas of practice also include divorce, alimony, child support and custody.
