Clement C. Chang, Esq.  

Mr. Chang is a senior associate at Pasricha & Patel.  He is a graduate of Rutgers Law School-Newark and served as the Managing Productions Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.  He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.  Mr. Chang is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Mr. Chang received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with high honors in accounting.
