Pasricha & Patel Takeaways:

USCIS has added two (2) new forms – the N-600, Application for Certificate of Citizenship, and the N-600K, Application for Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322 – to the list of immigration forms that applicants can file online.

The online filing option is part of the USCIS’s initiative to make petition filings more user-friendly to applicants and more easy for applicants to track the progress of their petitions.

USCIS does remind applicants that even with online filing option available now, the USCIS will continue to accept paper filings for all of its various petitions.

Should USCIS add any more petitions to the online filing option, we will update the readers as soon as possible. And please do remember to check our website for any such updates. Readers are also encouraged to contact our office for formal consultations should they wish any more details about the form preparation and submission process.
