Priya K. Pasricha

Priya K. Pasricha is an associate attorney with Pasricha & Patel, LLC, where she practices in the areas of corporate and transactional law, commercial litigation, trust and estates, and real estate. Priya brings a strong background in litigation and criminal defense to her current practice, offering clients a comprehensive and strategic approach to addressing complex legal matters.

Before joining Pasricha & Patel, Priya worked at a boutique litigation firm where she represented clients in a wide range of civil disputes. Prior to that, she specialized in criminal defense and white-collar matters, representing individuals and entities through all stages of the legal process from indictment to post-sentencing. While at her law school's Criminal Defense Clinic, she represented indigent clients facing first time offenses in the criminal justice system. Her experience in high-stakes criminal and civil litigation has honed her ability to craft persuasive arguments, anticipate challenges, and advocate effectively for her clients interests.

At Pasricha & Patel, Priya focuses on helping businesses and individuals navigate contract negotiation, corporate governance, and commercial transactions, while also advising clients on real estate, trust and estates, and business disputes. Her multifaceted experience allows her to advocate fiercely for her clients' best interests.

Priya graduated from Fordham University School of Law and holds an undergraduate degree from New York University, where she majored in History and minored in Public Health and Religious Studies.

Priya is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and a volunteer at the Riverside Park Conservancy in New York City. She is committed to her community, family, and pro bono service.
